Drop in an NDA.
Get back a redline.

Drop in an NDA the other side sent you. You'll get back a Word document with tracked changes. Open it in Word, review the edits, send it back.

Average turnaround: 30–60 seconds per NDA.

First time? Test it in 30 seconds. We pre-loaded a real NDA Open, Inc. sent GroundForce — download it, then drop it back here.

How it works

01

Drop in the NDA the other side sent

Upload the Word file you received. It needs to end in .docx — if Word shows it as an older .doc, open it in Word and "Save As" a .docx first.

02

We mark it up the GroundForce way

Every section is checked against the GroundForce checklist — what counts as confidential, who's allowed to see it, non-solicit, return or destroy, governing law, term length, and whether the NDA cuts both ways.

03

You get a Word doc with tracked changes

The redline comes back as a normal Word document — the same kind Summer and Parker produce by hand. Open it in Word, click through each change to accept or reject, then send it back to the other side.

Always read through the redline yourself before sending it to the other side — this tool is a starting point, not a replacement for your judgment. Uploaded files sit on a GroundForce-only server and are cleared after your session.
